Lilith opposite Mercury? What does it mean?

I wonder about this influence in general and in the chart in this question:

Since BM Lilith is in the 5th house here, it can lead to a greater curiosity about the public taboos. It also can make a person occasionally become speechless and overly precautious, because there is so much subconscious stuff that one needs to clear in order to maintain the clarity of pure feelings of love.

In the olden times, it could indicate incestuous tendencies, but nowadays it can stand for children who may as they grow up rebel against your ideas of sexuality, especially if you’re not in touch with yourself. Since Mercury in this chart rules the third house, it can easily mean that you spend some time thinking and even writing about the role of sexuality on your life, from a healing point of view (Chiron in 3rd).
