I don’t think it’s the Saturn conjunct Venus that will be an issue but Saturn will also be opposing your moon at the same time and that can potentially cause some sadness or depression. Because cancer (ruled by the moon) is in your 7th house and in traditional astrology the 7th is ruled by Venus, there seems to be an issue with relationships coming up when Saturn hits your Venus/moon or just before. I would think it would be a relationship with a woman, perhaps mother or another type of feminine, nurturing person. Hope this helps :–/
T Saturn conj venus can be very testing of relationships. It wants to see what’s valid and working, and if it’s not then something could end.

When Saturn conjunct my Venus by transit, my first marriage completely broke apart. It failed due to a sharp conflict of values between us. Staying in this marriage diminished my sense of self-worth and devalued my life to such an extent that I lost touch with what actually mattered to me and started acting out in self-destructive and demoralizing behaviors. I am grateful to Saturn and glad to have left that marriage. It enabled me to demonstrate a greater commitment to my values which now form the basis of my current, and by far more succesful, marriage.
