Boxing, long-distance running or a fast game of squash (any strenuous sport is good) could help you use up all that energy and stress before it starts to hurt you. Although your sign is highly competitive, you prefers to be alone when trying to unwind. The term “personal best” had to be coined by a loner Scorpio. Scorpio usually does not like to work out in teams or groups. Try the Stairmaster, weight lifting (Mars governs iron), or gymnastics. Slow jogging, or yoga combined with meditation are good ways to get the kinks out. There are some really great workouts that can also get a Taurus to enjoy the sweating. I have a lot of workout dvd’s. Some of my faves are, Turbo Jam , Jari Love , Jillian Michaels , and Biggest Loser . All of these are not known for any type of dance. I really thought I would have trouble with Brazil Butt Lift series. (I like kick boxing or interval training myself) But Leonardo has made a fun workout that isn’t too difficult and will get your heart rate up quickly. I love how you can customize the workouts to your body type too. This is a great investment and a lot of fun!
