Uranian Astrologers and Cosmobiologists focus on the Midheaven as the following:
authority and prominence, in particular to the career, the ego-consciousness and spiritual awareness, the aim in life, the brain proper
In the Midheaven, all of the energies of the individual are brought together in a certain method. The Midheaven is not only the cusp of the tenth house, but also the point at which the real inner existence and spiritual direction in our lives is found.
Cosmobiologists and Uranian Astrologers don’t use the houses like we do. Therefore, they don’t focus on the Midheaven as the 10th house cusp and as career like Mainstream Astrologers do.
Also the Midheaven is not the 10th house cusp in both Equal Sign house system and Whole Sign House system. Midheaven can be conjunct or opposite the Ascendant. It can even be located in the bottom half of the chart.
My Midheaven is in Gemini, but I don’t really relate to it except for an emphasis on communications
I have the following aspects to my Midheaven
wide conjunct Saturn – discipline, structure, realism (Saturn is in a Gauquelin sector with it being in the 9th and less than 10 degrees from the Midheaven..in my case, it’s less than 7 degrees… and so it’s a strongly placed in the chart)
oppose Jupiter – expansion,philosophy,optimism
trine/sextile Lunar Nodes – connections,associations
trine Uranus – unconventional,change,innovation
Max Heindel is THE URANIAN astrologer. His book is excellent, not an easy read, but good in reference. His book does have a lot of medical astrology. He does work with midpoints, but for midpoints, you may want to look at a good gem which is a recent book by Don McBroom called Midpoints I think. If you like Zain, and Leo stuff you will like Heindel.
