There are several factors which makes biodynamic wines better compared to the wines fermented using non-biodynamic procedures. In general the biodynamic wine practice ensures that when producing organic biodynamic wines, there are nopesticides, chemical fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, artificial acids, added sugars or any types of commercial yeasts. In addition no clarifying agents are used to make it clear nor are any synthetic preservatives added to help age the wine. Several studies have found people who suffer skin, breathing or other allergies and drink biodynamic wine, are far less likely to suffer from an allergic reaction that would be associated with commercial quaffing wines containing chemicals.
